Wheelybins Bio

 

In 2010  playstation 3 online network became an easy way for racing gamers to run against each other , the game was F1 2010 of which a consistent amount of the same people turned up for certain races that was hosted by some of these same people.

After several weeks myself and another person decided to start up a facebook group for the usual gamers who joined the sessions so as we could organise sessions which they could know in advance the time the session would start and also get to know the guys a little better on a personal base of which many friendships were formed and a few went the other way.

This group we called Online Gamerz,

Over a period of time with a ever growing membership complaints against members started increasing so rules were introduced to curb the complaints , in some instances it was the same gamer causing all the troubles  or several of the same gamers , so that's when we started culling consistent  trouble makers.

​

By now it was 2013 and i was looking for something other than F1 to race and really wanted codemasters to release a new version of v8 Supercars which wasn't going to happen ,so one of our members decided to join a racing sim called iRacing of which Bathurst was to be released in the next few days with a ford v8 his name was Eugene Blurton , panther or pink panther as we know him today , once bathurst was up and confirmed running with the v8 ford by panther i joined iRacing and never went back to playstation network.

Now it was a new beginning but there was still a lot of bitching in the group so also i decided to leave Online gamerz and Start a new group with 6 of my friends who most are still members today of the new group and that group as WHEELYBIN’S BANANA REPUBLIC , it seemed to fit our total outfit so it stayed as that for some time cause if you came off the track you was fair game for a crashin into if you wanted and we always did , even when racing, it was a shipload of laughs and fun none of us was racing for sheep or cattle stations just a few good mates having a few good laughs , then one day we were having a total smash up session and i thought wow this is full on mayhem so i changed banana to mayhem and it's stuck ever since.

How we got Wheelybin’s is mr Campo (still a member but doesn't race now) knew the shit don't stick with us and it doesn't stick to a Wheely bin so that's how the name came about .

I've probably forgotten a few things along the way but it's mostly all how it started in binners ,
